Our galgos

Lemon es el galgo blanco más dulce y pequeño. Es mucho más pequeño que un galgo macho normal. Fue encontrado vagando por un campo con una grave herida en la pierna. Probablemente fue atropellado por un coche u sufrió otro tipo de accidente, ya que uno de los huesos de su pata trasera sobresale donde el hueso roto sanó mal. Sin embargo, esto no le molesta en absoluto: le encanta correr y la lesión no es visible a menos que se examine de cerca. Le encanta pasar el día recibiendo caricias; adora toda la atención. Lemon es muy tranquilo, nunca ladra ni se queja de nada. Es feliz viviendo con cualquier perro o gato, ¡pero por favor, no solo!

Lemon is the sweetest little white galgo. He is much smaller than a usual male galgo, he was found wondering on a field with a serious leg wound. He must have been either hit by a car or other injuries as his hind leg has one bone sticking out as the broken bone healed. This does not bother Lemon whatsoever - he loves running and the injury is not visible only when examined closely. He loves to spend his day being stroked he loves all attention. Lemon is very calm never barks or complained by anything. He is happy to live with any dog or cat just not alone please!

Roncero is a beautiful playful still puppy long haired black galgo. Not only is he truly gorgeous but he is very sociable, loving always looking for your attention. He loves to play as a puppy should but he is also very calm and love to spend his days sunbathing. He is very sociable with other dogs and cat friendly too.

Cora is a lovely very timid shy marble coloured galga. She arrived trembling but soon learnt how wonderful it is to be cuddled and now she is happy to share your company and receive all cuddles as possible. It is always such joy to observe how they respond to love. Cora while still timid would be looking for your hands to give her more cuddles. She would be great to anyone who is not always on the move as Cora loves to spend the day lying down and resting. Yes she is also good with cats and sociable with any dogs.

Chica es una galga pequeñita de color atigrado más pequeña de lo habitual. Es muy tranquila, tímida y muy curiosa. Le encanta observarte en silencio, siguiendo cada uno de tus movimientos con sus orejitas puntiagudas bien atentas. Chica es absolutamente encantadora, tiene el pelaje más suave y disfruta enormemente de cada mimo que recibe. Es muy sociable con otros perros y también es amigable con los gatos.

Chica is a smaller then average marble coloured little galga. She is very calm timid and very curious. She loves watching your moves and silently observes you with her prickly ear perking up. Chica is absolutely lovely she has the smoothes fur and greatly receives any cuddles she can get. Chica is very sociable with other dogs and cat friendly too

Rumba is an absolute gorgeous marble coloured galga. She is timid and scups down when we try to approach her - being very submissive. It is heartbreaking to see that with such a young age how much cruelty she had to withstand. She wants to trust and loves being cuddled as she has never experienced kindness before. She would be better with another dog as a reference to trust. She is of course cat safe. Lovely Rumba...

Arcoiris, como su nombre indica, tiene un color único: chocolate con marcas blancas. Es un chico grande y juguetón, un poco tímido al principio, pero eso se le pasa en cuanto recibe unos mimos y empieza a confiar. Es muy sociable con otros perros. Tiene interés en los gatos, pero no los ataca, por lo que es compatible con gatos con la debida supervisión.

Arcoiris as his name suggests (rainbow) has a unique colour of chocolate with white markings. He is a playful big boy a bit timid at first but it only last till you give him cuddles and he can trust you. He is very sociable with other dogs. He has interest in cats but does not attack so he is cat workable.

Candela is a bit of a shy female she needs some time to trust. She does love to be cuddled and when we go near her she scoops down submissively which is heartbreaking. It shows that she must have been treated very badly. She does love to play with others, however she could also benefit from being an only dog. She is catsafe too.

Rabito is a lovely, lively brindle colored boy who is ready to make you laugh and give you lots of attention and love. He is a gorgeous boy.

Taifa is an elegant young black galga. Despite of her young age there are visible marks of cruelty on her skin. Taifa is however sociable has no fear issue although she might be a little more reserved then her kennel friends. She still loves cuddles and sociable with all other dogs.

Madalena is a brindle coloured, quiet, shy, calm galga. She must have been badly treated as she takes a bit of time to come to us. Its also likely that she was overused for breeding. She is sociable with other dogs and a lovely soul ready to experience love that she has so far been lacking.

Catalina is a young gorgeous galga who despite her young age must have experienced much cruelty as she is fearful of people. She would like to trust and let us pet her and with lots of love she would be a faithful companion. She needs her time to adjust and trust. She is just a beautiful soul.

Sena is a very shy scarred galga due to the hard past she has had to live. She is 9 years young and while she is scared at first she wants to trust and comes for cuddles to people who she learnt to trust. You are safe now Sena. Sena is very calm and sociable with any dogs and cats.

La increíble Venus es toda una superviviente. Su cuerpo está lleno de cicatrices, marcas de los horrores que ha pasado en sus pocos años de vida. Aún así, no es excesivamente miedosa, es sociable con otros perros y rápidamente está aprendiendo a disfrutar de las caricias. 

Venus has arrived to us in an unspeakable condition. She was so thin and full of cuts and marks on her tiny slim body basically just a skeleton. Venus however learnt very quickly that we love her and now food and love will never be a shortage. She is incredibly social love all the attention and love she gets as if she wants to make up for all of it all at once. She is just adorable. Venus is sociable with other dogs very calm and also cat safe.

Óscar es un perro muy especial. Pese a ser un macho es de tamaño pequeño. Es un galgo español de pelo duro. Tiene 8 años y en su vida anterior lo ha pasado realmente mal. Necesita algo de tiempo para confiar pero es muy bueno y tranquilo.

Oscar has a really sorry past. He arrived in a terrible condition open wounds everywhere on his body and incredibly thin. He has the saddest eyes and pleading for love and hugs. His tiny body must have endured so much pain and all he wants now is to be loved and hugged. He is gorgeous with long bindle coloured hair and the most beautiful pleading eyes. He should go to a home where they understand his past and his need for tranquility. Oscar is very sociable with any dogs.

Griki es una preciosa galga de tres años. Alegre y juguetona. Es sociable con otros perros y apta con gatos. Es galga de manada, no le gusta estar sola. Sería más feliz en una familia con más animales.

Griki is a happy little young galga of 3 years old. She always ready to play and tangles around you for body rubs. She is the happiest at playing with you or with her companions. Greki is small dark brindle colour with long elegant tail. She arrived with an old fracture to her hip but despite this she happily does her zoomies. She would be best with other dogs and she is also cat friendly.

Ariel is a lovely calm young galga. Her sad past left her with a bit of timidness and bruises on her tiny slim body but she is happy to trust. Ariel is very sociable with other dogs happily sits and waits for your to come and give her attention. She is also cat friendly.

Ada tan solo tiene 8 meses y, como buena cachorra, le gusta jugar a todas horas con sus compañeros. Es algo tímida con desconocidos, pero es sociable y apta con gatos. Aún siendo tan joven sabe disfrutar de momento de relax.

Ada is an adorable tiny 8 month old puppy with long bat ears and noise. She has the most striking face and character. While she loves playing as a good puppy she is not at all overwhelming. She is happy observant and loving little galga. Ada is cat safe too.

Marisma es una galga de carácter difícil por el pasado que ha tenido. Necesita comprensión y cariño.

Marisma has a truly horrible and sad past. She was found with a carabiner attached to her leg. She not only was kept in a horrific condition but most likely she was abused. No wonder she suffers from extreme trauma and needs incredible patience and space to let her trust you. She has however gained some trust and can be now taken for a walk within the centre and she enjoys the company of her kennel-mate Haiku. She would need an understanding home with someone who is an expert with traumatic dogs. Marisma is an absolute beauty and a precious galga. She is good with any dogs she is submissive and loves cats.

Mesteño es un galgo espectacular, bonachón, tranquilo y equilibrado.

Mesteno is an absolutely gorgeous galgo, he is clam and collected - very laid back.

Golondrina es una galga con un pasado duro. Es cariñosa cuando sabe que puede confiar.

Golondrina's past is reflected in her sad eyes. She had a trauma on one of her front paw and limping slightly. Golondrina is sweet once she understands that you are to be trusted. She is a sweet sweet girl.

Haiku tiene desconfianza al principio, pero acaban gustándole las caricias y mimos; va observando y dejándose querer.

Haiku is an adorable podenco with large pointy ears. He is somewhat timid at first but loves to be stroked and onces he knows you he is happy and sociable. Haiku was found abandoned on a street and as our x rays show he has been shot at and carries as many as seven bullets in his little body.
